Benefit from My Years of Experience
Each real estate transaction is a unique puzzle, with changing pieces moving in different directions at different speeds. Every recommendation, proposal and design strategy I suggest is backed by my 39 years of experience as a full-time real estate professional. By handling almost every situation imaginable, I have developed a deep skill set of knowledge, judgment and instinct that help me provide spot-on guidance and assemble, coordinate and finalize whatever we need to get you successfully over the finish line.
It’s All About You—Customized Planning After Careful Listening
Every house is different, and every selling situation is unique. I use an in-depth interview developed to define your goals, your concerns and your top priorities. Then I build a plan tailored to help bring you the results that are most meaningful to you.
Thorough Attention to Details and Superb Project Management
There is no substitute for proper preparation. I have a 91-point checklist for the proper presentation and marketing of properties I represent for sale, 78 of which are addressed before the sign goes up. We work together to determine which tasks will be part of your sale, then I coordinate and supervise the completion of identified tasks in order to make sure we are fully ready to put your best foot forward. I help make sure that the all-important FIRST IMPRESSION will successfully achieve your goals.
Established Reputation as a Seasoned Professional
Other brokers know that they can rely on me for ethical behavior. They know that the transition to closing will be well-engineered, that any required documentation and title issues will be cleared, and that the overall process will be as trouble-free as possible. This means they pay attention when I list a property and rush to show my listings to potential buyers. They also know my expectations for how they manage their own business—I believe my reputation translates into stronger offers and smoother transactions for my clients. If we need special attention from a Title Officer or Escrow Agent, that’s easier to arrange if we have a prior positive working relationship. If there’s an unanticipated inspection issues or quick repair need, I have preferred contractors—also with industry-recognized reputations—who may be able to push my clients to the front of their schedules. I am proud of my carefully built relationships with service providers throughout all areas of the real estate industry. My impeccable reputation among professional peers becomes a very important asset when we need it.
