There is no substitute for proper preparation. I have a 91-point checklist for the proper presentation and marketing of properties I represent for sale, 78 of which are addressed before the sign goes up.  We work together to determine which tasks will be part of your sale, then I coordinate and supervise the completion of identified tasks in order to make sure we are fully ready to put your best foot forward. I help make sure that the all-important FIRST IMPRESSION will successfully achieve your goals.

They know that the transition to closing will be well-engineered, that any required documentation and title issues will be cleared, and that the overall process will be as trouble-free as possible. This means they pay attention when I list a property and rush to show my listings to potential buyers.  They also know my expectations for how they manage their own business—I believe my reputation translates into stronger offers and smoother transactions for my clients.  If we need special attention from a Title Officer or Escrow Agent, that’s easier to arrange if we have a prior positive working relationship. If there’s an unanticipated inspection issues or quick repair need, I have preferred contractors—also with industry-recognized reputations—who may be able to push my clients to the front of their schedules.
